Even though Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) isn’t seen in the preview video promo, we know that he suffers a medical emergency this week.
Gregory admitted to TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) that he’s having trouble managing his medication.
Sometimes he takes too much, and other times not take any meds at all. This, along with Gregory’s ALS diagnosis, means this could be devastating news.
Harrison Chase & Brook Lynn Quartermaine’s Parties
General Hospital spoilers for the week of April 22 reveal that the preview clip shows two pre-wedding parties. One is for Brook Lynn’s bachelorette party.
As all the ladies gather together, Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) makes an announcement. At the bachelorette party, Lois announces that they are there to celebrate Brook Lynn.
Meanwhile, Chase is at his own bachelor party. Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and other guys can be seen clinking champagne flutes and grinning ear-to-ear.

The weekly preview also shows Josslyn and Kristina. It appears that Josslyn and Kristina will have another face-off regarding Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard). Just how fierce will this confrontation get? Could it actually turn physical?
We can’t see Josslyn intentionally hurting anyone, especially a pregnant woman. However, sometimes things spiral out of control in the heat of the moment.
That would explain why TJ fears Kristina’s endangering the baby later this week. TJ has already expressed regrets about allowing Kristina to give him and Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) a baby.
However, now it seems that TJ is concerned about Kristina’s behavior putting the baby at risk. So, that makes this surrogate & egg donor situation even more complicated.
