Lately the Newmans have gone through a lot of trouble on The Young and the Restless. There were almost on the verge on dying. But as the story goes on, there’s a lot of lying, backstabbing, and unexpected team-ups happening. In the upcoming episode, Victoria has a big choice to make that could totally change what happens to the Newman family. We all know that Claire stepped in and saved the Newmans, but that was at the cost. Victoria promised her to get her out from the mess. Claire Help To The Newmans Comes With A Condition
In the last episode of The Young and the Restless, Claire did what we expected, she stepped in to help the Newmans. After Aunt Jordan stabbed Nick and trapped Victor and Nikki upstairs, Claire found herself in a situation where Victoria was pleading for the Newmans and Cole. Victoria asked Claire for help, and Claire, looked scared and confused about what to do next. Claire kept saying that things weren’t meant to go this far. Her motive was to torture Victoria and Cole emotionally for abandoning her, just to get an apology eventually. Victoria did apologize, but it was only for the lies Claire was raised to believe.
However, what made Claire give the antidote for the poison the Newmans took was Victoria promising to help her if they all survived the situation. At the end, the authorities showed up to take the Newmans and Cole to the hospital, and Claire ended up going to jail. Unfortunately, Aunt Jordan managed to hide in the house and avoid the police. Putting Aunt Jordan’s escape plans aside, viewers are now wondering two important things in the ongoing Claire/Aunt Jordan story. First, is Claire really Eve, the daughter that Cole and Victoria thought was dead? Second, will Victoria keep her promise and help Claire?
The Young And The Restless: Is Michael Ready To Defend Claire?
Though Victoria and Cole are unsure if Claire is their grown-up daughter Eve, we’re pretty sure they’ll do a DNA test soon to confirm Claire’s identity. Aunt Jordan told a convincing story about taking the real baby Eve from the hospital years ago and raising her as Claire. However, the crazy criminal’s words will probably bother Victoria and Cole until they know the truth for sure. If the DNA test is done and shows that Claire is a Newman/Howard heir, Victoria will likely do everything she can to keep Claire out of prison. And that’s where Michael comes in.
One interesting picture is circulating on soci al media showing actress Erin and actor LeBlanc on set together, appearing to be in a jail setting. This has fans buzzing that Michael might soon be defending her against a bunch of charges in court. (Yes, Zenk is also in the photo). Since Michael is one of the top legal minds in Genoa City that you can hire with money, it makes sense that Victoria will provide the funds for Claire’s defense. Now, let’s say a DNA test proves Claire isn’t Eve. We can still imagine a situation where Victoria stays true to her word and continues to help Claire with legal matters by hiring Michael.
Also, Victoria might feel bad that a bright young woman like Claire was misled by her criminally insane aunt’s lies. So we are pretty sure she wouldn’t look down in taking Claire out of this mess.
