The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Week of October 16 – Phyllis Risks Prison, Revenge Schemes and Secret-Keeper Busted
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of October 16-20 reveal that the Newman family will face another tricky test. Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has been delivering several of those lately, but he’ll deliver another one and expect his children to rise to the challenge.
Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) hasn’t wanted anything to do with Newman business lately, but he could change his mind once he reconnects with Victor and understands his perspective a bit better.
That’s especially true since Nick will have more time on his hands following his breakup from Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope).
Regardless, Nick may become part of this test along with Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle).
Victor will want to see if his kids can truly get along, but this plan could end in disaster if he’s not careful!
Over with Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), she’ll make a risky choice.
That could involve a situation where Phyllis once again double-crosses Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John), who can be dangerous when revenge is on his mind.
If Phyllis wants to truly redeem herself with Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and the Abbott clan, she may have to go to extremes – and that could lead to Tucker unleashing a payback plot.
Then again, Tucker might resort to another blackmail scheme and force Phyllis to make another twisted move for him.
Phyllis is trapped in Tucker and Jack’s feud at this point, so she really can’t win here!
In fact, Phyllis could lose big if she does something that could potentially lead to a parole violation and put her in prison.
As for Daniel Romalotti (Michael Graziadei), all signs point to him getting busted.
Daniel will continue to hide things from Lily Winters (Christel Khail) regarding Heather Stevens’ (Vail Bloom) decision to move back to Genoa City with Lucy Romalotti (Lily Brooks O’Briant), but Lily’s going to find out and wonder why he didn’t break the news immediately.
Daniel’s delay could lead to Lily grilling him about his lingering love for Heather and not believing him if he maintains that it’s all in the past.
Whatever the case, Daniel’s inevitably going to cause some drama, so Y&R fans can expect him to do some clashing with Lily soon enough.
Back with Tucker, he’ll face some unpleasant surprises. Jack will try to turn the tables through the listening device Tucker planted and could leave Tucker trying to use phony leverage.
However, the bigger problem will be Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) since she’s set to strike back at Tucker and help her family protect Jabot.
Tucker’s marriage to Ashley quickly crashed and burned, but she remains a weak spot for her husband.
Ashley could blindside Tucker and leave him vulnerable since there are still some intense feelings between them despite all the chaos.
