We have previously speculated that Aunt Jordan might be Maggie, coming back for payback on Nikki for putting her in jail. While that could still be true, it important to know that Meggie was first played by Sean Young.
Collen might be playing the same character in a new version. But now we’re considering that Aunt Jordan and Claire might not be connected to Meggie at all. Instead, it seems like they could have a family tie with Nikki going back many years. In the week of November 13, 2023, Claire mentioned multiple times that Nikki would soon be reunited with her family. Initially, it seemed like Claire might be returning to Genoa City to go after the rest of the Newman family. However, when we look at the episode airing on November 17, 2023, Claire made two interesting remarks that add a new layer to the situation.
While Nikki was asleep with an IV drip in hand, Claire brushed her hair and said, “I need you nice and calm until everyone arrives. The big family reunion.” In another The Young and the Restless scene, talking to her captive, Claire said, “You could say, I’ve been waiting for this Thanksgiving my whole life.” This made us wonder that the way Claire was saying it, she might not be referring to the Newman family.
