The Young and the Restless Spoilers: Week of December 25 – Jordan’s Shocking Showdown, Countdown to Midnight
The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for the week of December 25-29 reveal that someone will pop up who’ll be familiar to longtime CBS soap fans. Brad Sanders will appear as his soap-loving alter ego, Clarence, who used to put his own unique spin on the drama in recaps on The Clarence Update.
Sanders scored two Daytime Emmy nominations in New Approaches in Daytime Entertainment for his comedic content and was very beloved by many viewers, so it’ll be fun to see Clarence when he shows up in Genoa City on Wednesday, December 27.
There’s no word yet on what exactly Clarence will be up to, but you can bet he’ll look stylish doing it!
Clarence is known for his fancy hat collection along with his enthusiasm, so stay tuned for updates on what’s next for the character.
Of course, the show’s building to a shocking showdown for Jordan (Colleen Zenk) and her victims, so fans will also look forward to all the chaos of the hostage trade – that is if it actually happens!
Jordan will expect Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott) to sacrifice herself so that Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) can be reunited with Claire Grace (Hayley Erin), who was stolen from the hospital just like when she was a baby.
Will Nikki make that trade or try to outsmart Jordan with Victor Newman’s (Eric Braeden) help? Regardless, there are plenty of ways a situation like this could go horribly wrong.
Jordan has to go down eventually, so it’ll be interesting to see who finally stops her reign of terror.
Will it be Nikki who gains the upper hand on Jordan or will Claire get an opportunity to turn the tables on her out-of-control aunt? Could Victoria get her own heroic chance to shine?
Whatever the case, Jordan and the Newmans’ feud will bring some new mayhem, so Y&R viewers will want to pass the popcorn and watch everything blow up.
Once Christmas is over, New Year’s Eve won’t be far behind.
The countdown to midnight often brings some romantic scenarios in GC, so there could be some cute couple moments and even some temptation for characters stuck in the longing phase.
Finally, Tucker McCall (Trevor St. John) will plot his next move against the Abbotts, so Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman), Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) had better watch out!
