The Young And The Restless

BIG UPDATE: Wednesday, November 8 – Chance Lands in Danger – Phyllis Fights Back – Danny’s Discovery

The Young and the Restless (Y&R) spoilers for Wednesday, November 8, reveal that Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) is on the verge of a major medical crisis. It turns out Chance will land in grave danger, so that’ll set the stage for some scary moments.

Elsewhere, Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) will fight back when Christine Blair (Lauralee Bell) pushes her buttons.

The tension will erupt into a fierce faceoff, so it looks like Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian) will discover the confrontation in progress and push for peace.

Danny knows the history between Christine and Phyllis will be tough to overcome, but he’ll still hope that maybe they can find a path forward and try to be civil.

Of course, Christine and Phyllis will blame each other for the hostility that’s bubbling back up, but Y&R spoilers say Danny will do whatever he can to settle things down.

Later, Christine will head to Society, where she’ll probably vent to Nina Webster (Tricia Cast) over their meal together.

Nina is always willing to lend a sympathetic ear, so she’ll listen and most likely offer some valuable guidance.

It’s a good thing Nina will still be in town since she’s about to get a stunning phone call from the hospital – one that let’s her know Chance has been shot!

The danger we talked about for Chance will leave him in bad shape, so Nina will react to the horrifying news.

It’ll leave Nina worried about whether Chance can pull through yet another life-threatening crisis.

While Nina faces that shocker and rushes to the ER, Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) will explain his decision to fire Nate Hastings (Sean Dominic) and try to shut down any further infighting at Newman Enterprises.

Since Nate was trying to ship Victor off for treatment and put Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) in charge again, that apparently makes him a traitor in Victor’s eyes.

Victor will no doubt praise Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) and Victoria for going against Nate’s plan.

This should be Victor’s chance to come clean about the extent of his manipulation, which could lead to more bickering about his lies.

However, Victor will feel like he did what needed to be done.

Victoria may not agree about Nate’s firing, but she’ll have to handle all this delicately.

That could mean Victoria will ultimately support Victor’s decision since she has to look out for number one!

The Young and the Restless spoilers say there’s much more Newman drama to come, so stay tuned for updates on Victor’s next move.
